| Description | Southeastern Med is accepting applications for a future Housekeeper. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for cleaning on all units, proper use of various equipment and cleaning supplies, assisting others in cleaning of emergency spills observed or upon request, and other duties as necessary.
This position will work a combination of first and second shift. Flexibility to work multiple shifts is necessary. Weekend and holiday rotation is included in the schedule. The person selected for this position may have the opportunity to be selected for a regular position in the future. |

| Description | The Nurse Auditor is responsible for auditing specified charts for accuracy in charging. This would include reviewing the medical record and the patient bill to be sure all charges indicated on the patient bill are documented in the medical record, and to be sure all the charges we were entitled to bill for are actually on the patient bill. Additional duties of the Nurse Auditor will include, but are not limited to, conducting third party audit reviews with outside companies, validating diagnosis codes for medical necessity based on Medicare guidelines, and providing counsel and assistance to customers (patients) who request detailed explanation of charges on their hospital bill. | |
