Facility Description
Double Coverage (Fast Track) Physicians must be BC/BE in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience ED Attending Physician must be BC/ BE in Emergency Medicine by ABEM or AOBEM Southeastern Regional Medical Center is a 177- bed community hospital in a rural area of southeastern Ohio. This full service facility has supportive, responsive medical staff who represent most major specialties. Full diagnostic services are available 24 hours a day. The hospital has a 12% admission rate. There is a broad pathology mix that includes trauma and approximately 25% pediatrics. The emergency department is active in EMS and employs the local EMS coordinator. Staff physicians are involved in multiple hospital committees including medical executive, patient care, trauma and disaster.

It is a small town of approximately 13,000 people situated east of Columbus Ohio. The area has phenomenal outdoor recreation with several nearby areas such as Salt Fork State Park and Seneca Lake. Southeastern Med, located in Cambridge, Ohio, is currently seeking a full-time, highly-qualified, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine physician to join its medical staff and become an active part of its community.
This physician will attend to inpatients and outpatients and must be skilled in newborn care and newborn resuscitation. This physician will be responsible to treat infant children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric cases.
