Visit Checklist
This checklist will help get you quickly to and through your visit
- Parking
- Please park in the Yellow Lot and enter the medical center through the 1st floor, main lobby.
- Registration
- Report to the REGISTRATION AREA, on the ground floor, just off the main elevators.
- A Volunteer will be at the desk to take your information. You will then be registered in the order of sign-in.
- What to Bring
- The signed doctor’s orders for your tests
- All medical insurance cards
- Your parent or guardian if under 18
- If bringing LAB SPECIMENS, you must go through the registration process.
