Outpatient Registration

Outpatient Registration
The volunteers will greet patients upon their arrival to the outpatient area and enter their name into the patient tracking system on the computer. This area would be ideal for anyone who likes to keep busy and greet many people. The hours are from7:00 am to 2:00 pm, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The hours are very flexible.
Outpatient Registration Duties
  • Records on the computer, patients coming in for outpatient testing
  • Directs patients, when appropriate, to the registration area
  • Makes coffee for patients and families who are waiting
  • Makes deliveries to the laboratory every hour for the phlebotomist
