Even with the hundreds of hearing instrument choices available, there is no substitute for experience. Not everyone needs the most expensive hearing instrument and it may not even be appropriate. The most important factor is the individual. There are many options to choose from, and if a person chooses a particular instrument and is not happy with it, that instrument can be changed.
Jim and his wife Kay are long time residents of Cambridge. They have a son, Nicholas, and a daughter Katie.
