Dominic Crock | |  | Dominic Crock has been a physical therapist with Southeastern Med since 2002. Dominic graduated from Caldwell High School in 1994. He graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in 1998. Dominic began his study of physical therapy at Slippery Rock University and graduated in 2002 with his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Dominic became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2007. Dominic is currently the Clinical Leader of Audiology and Speech Therapy. He also provides patient care as an outpatient physical therapist with advanced knowledge in vestibular rehabilitation, orthopaedics and industrial medicine. | Dominic is married to his wife Amy and lives in West Lafayette. Dominic is an avid pilot and enjoys traveling and various outdoor activities.

 | Rachelle Gadd has been employed at Southeastern Med for three years as a physical therapy aide. She is also a certified Arthritis Foundation instructor and manages the Arthritis and Pediatric Aquatic Classes. Rachelle is a certified lifeguard and has specialized training in advanced aquatic exercise. | | | Rob Fehrman | | |
